4th of July in Kingsmill

The kids got to see the parade at Kingsmill in Williamsburg this year. Gabe loved the firetrucks and Viv loved her sunglasses and her belly button (she recently discovered this and is now obsessed with it). They also got to hang out with GiGi and B-da and we also got to see our friends Julie & Shaun and their sons Matthew and Luke.

Happy Father's Day!

What a wonderful way to spend a weekend! I got to celebrate Father's day with four of my favorite people (including Baby #3). Mom was finally done working nights so it was great having her back with us. On Saturday, we went to the Children's Museum of Virginia where Gabe and Viv got to ride a triceratops. Then Sunday, the kids took me out to lunch at Brio, where we ate (and wore) pasta. Gabe got to try Coke for the first time- he would not let me pull the glass away! Viv, of course, thought the menu was a book and read it to everyone. It was the best Father's Day I could have asked for!

Gabes First Real Haircut! After repeatedly hearing what a pretty girl Gabe was, we decided to bite the bullet and take him for his first haircut...He did an amazing job and was super laid-back . Viv was playing like a champ..not at the toy table but on the toy table.
